Compensation

- Incentive bonuses begin at the entry level. Certified Assistant Managers can receive a $100 bonus if the monthly state standard for profit is achieved. Branch Managers receive a bonus based on a percentage of office profit.
- Bonus/reward programs for eligible field employees include:
- Training Bonuses – Some phases of training have a monetary reward for successful completion.
- Personal Income Tax Production Bonus – Certified employees receive $$ for each approved tax return prepared.
- Employee Referral Program – Allows current employees the opportunity to earn a possible $1,000 for a successful referral of employment. Branch Managers can earn up to an additional $500 for training an Assistant, who becomes a successful Branch Manager.
